Miss Universe Panama 2016 Keity Mendieta may be a familiar face to some of the pageant fanatics out there. The 26 year old model already took part in the Miss International 2011 Pageant where she placed 4th Runner Up and won by Ecuador’s Fernanda Coronejo.
She was selected during the Miss Panama 2016 casting to represent Panama in the Miss Universe 2016 Pageant.
